About the Role

We are seeking multiple Electronics Quality Technicians-from entry-level through senior-level-to support inspection, troubleshooting, and quality verification activities for advanced electronic components. These positions operate in a blended office and manufacturing/warehouse environment within a high-rise facility.

Levels (1-3 and Senior 1-3) will be determined based on professional experience, interview performance, and demonstrated technical capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and test electronic components and assemblies (e.g., circuit boards, radio components, chips, wiring).
• Conduct basic rework and soldering tasks on electrical components.
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings to support inspection and diagnostic work.
• Identify, document, and report defects using internal tracking tools.
• Provide timeline updates and communicate issues that may impact production schedules.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure product reliability.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to established quality standards and procedures.

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience in an Electronics Quality Technician or similar role
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting electrical components
• Technical aptitude and ability to diagnose issues with circuit boards and electronic assemblies
• Ability to perform basic soldering
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

Preferred:

• Experience with Zoho CRM
• Familiarity with Google Sheets

Compensation

?? Direct Hire | Full-Time | Compensation based on level

Electronics Quality Technician

• Level I: $26.00 - $28.00/hr (1+ years)
• Level II: $29.12 - $31.20/hr (3+ years)
• Level III: $32.40 - $34.56/hr (4+ years)

Senior Electronics Quality Technician

• Senior I: $35.20 - $37.40/hr (5+ years)
• Senior II: $38.50 - $40.70/hr (7+ years)
• Senior III: $41.80 - $44.00/hr (10+ years)
